NUWC Division Keyport is seeking removal of the subfloor and application of epoxy coating in Building 514 at NUWC Keyport, per the attached Statement of Work. The contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns under NAICS 238190, with a $19M annual revenue size standard, and requires FOB Destination pricing to NUWC Division, Keyport. Offerors must complete and return the attached solicitation in its entirety, with requirements and evaluation procedures provided there. Questions and offers must be submitted via email; paper copies and company quote forms will not be accepted, and company terms and conditions are discouraged in favor of the government’s FAR/DFARS terms. Offerors must have a current SAM registration and completed representations and certifications.
