Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division (NUWC) Keyport is soliciting for freshwater tank inspection. The building is structured on a concrete foundation over a free-standing freshwater redwood tank that is 30’ diameter by 30’ tall, protected from the elements by a tent fixture, equipped with heating capabilities, and an overhead crane with decking to allow personnel to access testing equipment and test fixtures in the area above the tank. The inspection will include a physical and visual inspection of the tank exterior, hoops, lugs, pipe fittings, bottom, and foundation. Additionally, a visual inspection of the tank interior shall be accomplished, including the bottom of the tank. All metal components shall be inspected for corrosion, and all wood components shall be inspected for decay. Amendment 0001 - The response date has been extended to 10/24/2025 at 2:00 PM PST.
