This requirement is being issued as a synopsis for non-commercial services in accordance with FAR 13.1. The Government anticipates awarding a single firm fixed price construction type contract. The solicitation number for this requirement is N0025324Q0047. Performance location will be at Keyport, WA and Naval Base Kitsap - Bangor, Silverdale, WA. The target award date is, August 9, 2024. The NAICS code is 237990, Heavy Construction, with a Small Business Size Standard of $45.0 Million. The Product Service Code is Z2QA Repair Or Alteration Of Restoration Of Real Property. This solicitation will be 100% set aside for small businesses. The government estimate of the Magnitude of the requirement is $100,000.00 to $150,000.00. The solicitation will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 13 and 36, utilizing Low Price Technically Acceptable evaluation factors. The Government anticipates issuing the solicitation on or about June 17, 2024 with a 30-day response time. The contracting office is not maintaining a bidders list.
