Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, intends to award a sole-source modification to DRS Laurel Technologies under an existing contract competitively awarded on 16 July 2024 for the design, development, test, qualification, production, delivery, installation, and support of Technology Insertion Hardware (TIH) 26 equipment and enclosures. The modification would increase the contract ceiling by $99,338,086.24, with no change to the period of performance. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source and states that this notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability or submit proposals, and information received will normally be used solely to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No reimbursement will be made for costs associated with responding to the synopsis or follow-up information requests.
