(ii) Solicitation number N20025322R0037 is issued as a request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-08. (iv) This acquisition is a full and open competition. The NAICS code is 325520 and the size standard is 500. The contractor shall provide Potting Compound for the U.S. Navy. 610 Dowell Street, Keyport, WA 98345 in accordance with the Statement of Work and Technical Specifications that are included in the solicitation. The contract will be a firm fixed price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for a five-year ordering period. The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial, applies to this acquisition. See the solicitation package for this provision which includes the proposal submission instructions.
