Keyport, WA, 98345-7610, United States Acquisition: The United States Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Keyport, (NAVSEA) is considering a purchase of Cold Gas Pressure Cylinders. Material must be procured in accordance with NAVSEA Drawing# 8290010 REV B, Pressure Cylinder, Composite ICD. Manufacture In Accordance with Drawing number 8290010, REV B The NAICS code assigned to this acquisition is 332420 with a size standard of 500 employees. The estimated quantity is for up to an estimated 1275 units over a five (5) year Period of performance. Drawings Referenced are restricted by the Arms Export Control Act and are ONLY available to contractor’s appointed data custodian that are registered with Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS) Joint Certification Program (JCP). Contractors that are not registered with DLIS JCP can obtain registration information at www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/. SPECIAL NOTICE: To view the drawings associated with the forthcoming solicitation, you must request access via betaSAM. Please respond to the Solicitation via email to the address listed below by the closing date and time of this Solicitation, 8 October 2021 at 4pm PDT. Submissions will NOT be accepted after the closing date. Proposals are due by 10/08/2021 at 4:00pm PDT or 16:00 hours; however, early responses are encouraged. Proposals must be submitted to the contract specialist at the email address listed below within the time constraints listed above. Offerors are requested to submit questions within 14 days prior to the closing date of the solicitation in order to allow the Navy adequate time to prepare and issue responses to all Offerors prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals. While questions may be submitted up to the time of solicitation closing, the Contracting Officer cannot guarantee those late-submitted questions will be thoroughly answered in advance of closing. It is the Government's intention that questions and responses will be provided via an amendment to the solicitation which will be posted at beta.SAM.gov.
