This solicitation has been cancelled in it's entirety due to the changing needs of the Government. Amendment 0004: Incorporation of changes to drawing number 8290052, correct nomenclature on page 82 of section L, instructions to offerors, FACTOR 1-Technical Paragraph (a) capability, and extend solicitation response date from 31 January 2022 to 07 February 2022 at 0600 AM Pacific time. Amendment 0003: Incorporation of changes to drawing number 8290052 Amendment 0002: Extend solicitation response dates from 05 January 2022 to 31 January 2022 at 0600 AM Pacific time. Amendment 0001: Changes the NIST level from Medium to Basic with an assessment score of 110 and answers questions asked. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Keyport is issuing a solicitation of a firm fixed priced Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity contract for the procurement of First Article – Pressure Transducer cable, drawing number: 8290717, 3 each; BSS Squib Cable Assy., drawing number: 8290052, 3 each; A Cable Assy., drawing number: 8290053, 3 each; Forward Cable, drawing number, 8290054, 3 each and Feed Through Cable, drawing number: 8290055, 3 each. Base year estimated production quantities: Pressure Inducer Cable, 50 each; BSS Cable Assy, 50 each; A Cable Assy., 35 each; Forward Cable, 40 each; Feed Through Cable, drawing number, 40 each, with four option periods. Total estimated quantities for option years, 874. This requirement is being issued as a synopsis for non-commercial items. The government anticipates award of one (1) firm fixed price type contract. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating for this requirement is DO-C9. Applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 335931 and has a size standard of 500 employees. The primary Product Supply Code (PSC) is 6145). Offers shall be FOB Destination pricing to NUWC Keyport, WA 98345-7610. No bidders list will be maintained by this office. No telephone or fax requests for the solicitation package will be accepted. Failure to respond to the electronically posted solicitation and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt offers may render the offer non-responsive and result in rejection of same. Requirements and evaluation procedures will be listed in the solicitation, which is required to be completely filled out and returned prior to the solicitation closing date and time. Offorers must also have a current National Institute of Standards & Technology Special Publication (NIST SP) 800-171 confidence assessment level of MEDIUM.
