Solicitation cancelled before posting Pre-Solicitation Non-commercial Sole Source Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Keyport intends to solicit specific items manufactured by only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(i). A firm-fixed priced contract will be awarded for the procurement of Power Transformer in accordance with drawing number 6747409 Rev A specifications which is manufactured by Abbott Technologies Inc. Requirement has First Article Testing quantity of one (1) each, Production Lot quantity of ninety three (93) each and four (4) Option Quantity of three hundred ninety nine (399) each total. This requirement is being issued as a synopsis for non-commercial items in accordance with FAR 13.1. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-C9. Applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 335311 and has a size standard of 750 employees. Offerors are required to provide FOB Destination pricing to NUWC Keyport WA 98345-7610. It is anticipated that solicitation will be available on or about 07 December 2020. The solicitation closing date is anticipated to be 15 days after the issuance of the solicitation package. The actual date and time will be identified in the solicitation. Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation, which is required to be completely filled out and returned before the solicitation closes. All questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted in writing as soon as practicable after receipt of solicitation.
