If your company is unable to meet that delivery, please line out the delivery on the RQF and replace it with the actual date your comapny can meet.** COMMERCIAL SOLICITATION Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is soliciting for Vortex Tube (35 EA), Coupler Assembly (30 EA), Hood with Collar (25 EA), Hood with Headgear (30 EA) Breathing Tube (30 EA), Air Hose (30 EA), and Male Plug (30 EA). This requirement is Brand Name or Equal (BNOE) and is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-C9. The solicitation issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) is N0025320Q0203 is attached to this announcement. Provisions and clauses in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Regulations are included in the attached solicitation. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 332510 and has a size standard of 750 Employees or less. The government prefers FOB Destination pricing to NUWC Keyport, WA 98345-7610. Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation, which is required to be completely filled out and returned before the solicitation closes. All questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted in writing no later than two (2) business days prior to the solicitation closing date.
