Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) (1). A firm fixed priced contract will be issued to Geotechnical Instruments (U.K.) Limited, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, CV31 3JR, United Kingdom, for calibration services of hyperbaric analyzers. This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial Items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-S1. The solicitation number issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) is N0025320Q0056 and is attached to this announcement.
