Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is soliciting for Off-Gas Test, Analysis and Final Reports, for material and equipment utilized in manned hyperbaric spaces; three (3) each and requiring four (4) types of testing for each quantity. Requirement includes two (2) Option years, with the same quantity, that may or may not be exercised. This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Defense Priorities and Allocations Systems (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-S10. The solicitation is issued as request for quotation (RFQ) N0025320Q0006 and is attached to this announcement. Provisions and clauses in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Circulars are included in the attached solicitation. Applicable NAICS code for the requirement is 541380 and has a size standard of $16.5 M. Offerors are required to provide FOB Destination pricing to NUWC Keyport, WA 98345-7610. Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation, which is required to be completely filled out and returned before solicitation closes.
