Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport intends to solicit with only one source in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b). A firm fixed priced contract will be issued to CDS Analytical or authorized dealers thereof for the procurement of One (1) Purge and Trap Concentrator, including Purge Trap installation and associated components, material has a total of 19 items. This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Defense Priorities and Allocations Systems (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-C9E. The solicitation is issued as request for quotation (RFQ) N0025319Q0276 and is attached to this announcement. Provisions and clauses in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Circulars are included in the attached solicitation. Applicable NAICS code for the requirement is 334516 and has a size standard of 1,000 employees or less. Offerors are required to provide FOB Destination pricing to NUWC Keyport, WA 98345-7610. Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation, which is required to be completely filled out and returned before solicitation closes.
