Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is soliciting for five (5) cable assemblies of one (1) each to be built in accordance with drawings 7609076-0001_C, 7609077_A, 7609078_A, 8290810_A, and 8290817_A. This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offerors will need to be JCP Certified in order to view the drawings posted in FBO as they are Arms Export Control Drawings. Drawings referenced in this solicitation are restricted by the Arms Export control Act and are ONLY available to vendors and/or contractors appointed data custodian that are registered with Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS) Joint Certification Program (JCP). Vendors and/or Contractors that are not registered with DLIS JCP can obtain registration information at www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/. Restricted drawings and technical information will be available through FedBizOpps as an attachment to this solicitation. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-C9. The solicitation issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) is N0025319Q0185, and is attached to this announcement. Provisions and clauses in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Regulations are included in the attached solicitation. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 3359294 and has a size standard of 1,000 employees or less. Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation, which is required to be completely filled out and returned before the solicitation closes.
