Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is soliciting for the following; (1) Chassis, Radio Beacon to be manufactured in accordance with Drawings 53711- 5759814 Rev D with First Article Testing Quantity of One (1) each, Production Quantity of Twenty-Nine (29) each and One (1) Option Quantity of Thirty (30) each. (2) Cover for Chassis, Radio Beacon to be manufactured in accordance with Drawings 53711-5759815 Rev F with First Article Testing Quantity of One (1) each, Production Quantity of Nine (9) each and One (1) Option Quantity of Ten (10) each. Options may or may not be exercised. Drawings referenced in this solicitation are restricted by the Arms Export Control Act and are ONLY available to vendors and/or contractors appointed data custodian that are registered with Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS) Joint Certification Program (JCP). Vendors and/or Contractors that are not registered with DLIS JCP can obtain registration information at www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/. Restricted drawings and technical information will be available through FedBizOpps as an attachment to this solicitation. This requirement is being issued as solicitation for non-commercial items in accordance with FAR 13.1. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-C9. The solicitation issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) is N0025318Q0120 and is attached to this announcement. Provisions and clauses in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Circulars are included in the attached solicitation. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 332710 and has a size standard of 500 employees or less. The Government requires FOB Destination pricing to NUWC Keyport, WA 98345-7610. Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation, which is required to be completely filled out and returned before the solicitation closes. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies and/or services. However, interested persons may identify to the Contracting Officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government requirements with a commercial item within fifteen (15) days of this notice.
