This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.5, the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Keyport is soliciting and intends to award a sole source contract for maintenance of two (2) Teradyne Spectrum 9100 Series Test Sets in accordance with the Statement of Work. Only one source will satisfy agency requirements. A firm fixed price contract will be issued to Teradyne, Inc., North Reading, MA. This requirement is being issued as a synopsis for commercial products in accordance with FAR 5.203. This announcement constitutes the only synopsis. A Sources Sought was issued via the Federal Business Opportunities website on November 7, 2018. No responses were received in response to the Sources Sought notice. The solicitation number for this requirement is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) N0025319Q0092. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating for this requirement is DO-S1.
