COMMERCIAL SOLICITATION Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is soliciting for Printed Wiring Boards to be manufactured in accordance with Technical Data Package (TDP) including PESK-8475 and PESK-8474_B, and associated specifications, at a quantity of 14 EA. Requirement also includes 4 option quantities of 10 EA. Options may or may not be exercised. This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offerors will need to be JCP Certified in order to view the drawings posted in FBO as they are Arms Export Control Drawings. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-C9. The solicitation issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) is N0025319Q0090, and is attached to this announcement. Provisions and clauses in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Regulations are included in the attached solicitation. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 334412 and has a size standard of 750 employees or less. The government prefers FOB Destination pricing to NUWC Keyport, WA 98345-7610. Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation, which is required to be completely filled out and returned before the solicitation closes.
