The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, intends to issue a solicitation to provide exterior improvements to bldg. 5092 in order to meet Enhanced Security Facility command requirements. The project will require the contractor to remove existing doors and replace with new doors, remove glass block windows and fill void with materials that match building exterior and interior finishes. Install pre-fabricated vestibule and badge readers. Cover abandoned pit on the exterior of the building. The Government will award a single firm fixed price service type contract. Performance location will be Bangor, WA. The target award date is, December 7, 2022. Award will be made to a single Offeror whose proposal represents the lowest price technically acceptable using FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation procedures.
