The Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division, Keyport is issuing this sources sought announcement as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having the resources and interest to provide a local enterprise agreement for unlimited LabVIEW Control Test Plus applications that will be limited to NUWC Keyport and its detachment locations, as well as provide maintenance of original installation base of current owned licenses in accordance with the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW). THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this announcement is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
