This is a non-personal services contract for preventive and corrective maintenance of Government-owned UPS systems at 14 U.S. Navy installations within Commander Navy Region Southwest N3 Emergency Management’s area of responsibility in California and Nevada. The contractor must provide certified personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, supervision, and other non-personal services, excluding items specified as Government-furnished property or services. The Government will not exercise supervision or control over contract service providers, who are accountable solely to the contractor, and the contractor is responsible to the Government. Performance must meet the standards defined in the Performance Work Statement.
