The Navy intends to award a firm fixed-price sole-source contract to Silverstone Systems, LLC (dba DAKTIC) for ConsuLab Disc and Drum Brake Trainers (with Faults) and Vinyl Dust Covers. The products are for the Naval Construction Training Center (NCTC) in Port Hueneme, California. All product parts must be new; rebuilt, reconditioned, remanufactured, or refurbished parts are not allowed. The procurement is being conducted as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products under FAR Part 12 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and no written solicitation will be issued. Although this is not a request for competitive proposals, interested parties may identify their interest and capability or submit proposals, and responses received will be considered by the Government.
