NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, San Diego (FLCSD) is conducting a market survey (MS) to identify interested and capable businesses, stimulate industry awareness, and gain feedback to improve the acquisition environment/process. Firms possessing the capabilities to perform the tasking described in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and information below are encouraged to respond. Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) requires contractor support services as a Course Director to provide program coordination and research support on tasks and subjects pertaining to the NPS and NATO School Oberammergau (NSO) collaboration. NPS faculty will be teaching courses in cyber and energy security topics at NSO, so they require contractor support acting in the capacity as a NPS Course Director and Project Manager.
