COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL SERVICES This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services,” as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; “quotations” are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The solicitation number N00244-25-Q-0083 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). RFQ N00244-25-Q-0083 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this solicitation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03 published in the Federal Register on January 17, 2025. Small business joint venture offerors have to submit the joint venture representations at paragraph (c) of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) solicitation provision 52.212- 3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and paragraph (c) of FAR solicitation provision 52.219-1, Small Business Program Representations, with each offer. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside competition requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 812320 with a size standard of $8 (millions of dollars). All interested companies shall provide a quotation for laundry services to include the weekly pick-up & delivery, washing, drying, pressing, and folding. The work herein consists of providing laundry services of government owned linens. Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform laundry services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Request for laundry services would be contracted with a base year and three (3) option years. Period of Performance: Base: 01 March 2025 to 28 February 2026 OY1: 01 March 2026 to 28 February 2027 OY2: 01 March 2027 to 29 February 2028 OY3: 01 March 2028 to 28 February 2029 Delivery: Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC), CA Inspection and acceptance: At destination by the Government.
