Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD) will utilize the information for technical and acquisition planning only. NAVSUP FLCSD is seeking information from all potential sources to provide Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) with a Parameter Editor for their Mechanical Engineering Department’s Powder Bed Fusion (PBF) M2 Concept machine. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 513210, Software Publishers. See attached Draft Statement of Requirement (Draft SOR) for all the required features pertaining to this software. Please submit your capability statement that demonstrates that you are capable of providing the required software with all required features listed in the attached Draft SOR no later than Monday, August 5, 2024 at 3:00 PM, Pacific Standard Time (PST). Your capability statement must address all the minimum technical requirements in Section 2.0 of the attached Draft SOR. However, the required manufacturer does not have to be Colibrium Additive; it is referenced in the Draft SOR as a baseline reference only.
