This is NOT a request for proposal (RFP), invitation for bid (IFB), or an announcement of a solicitation as no solicitation package exists at this time. The request is for informal purposes only. No cost data should be submitted. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice or any follow-up information requests. Submittal will not be returned to the sender. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD) will utilize the information for technical and acquisition planning only. NAVSUP FLCSD is seeking information from all potential sources to provide Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) with data storage software services. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 513210, Software Publishers. See attached Draft Statement of Requirement (SOR) for all the required programs and features that the software must be capable of having. NOTE: The software does not have to be under the brand-name of Watermark; this is provided as a baseline reference only; any software that meets the functional requirements explained in the Draft SOR will be considered. Please submit your capability statement and the attached Market Research Questionnaire no later than Monday, July 8, 2024 at Noon, Pacific Standard Time (PST). The capability statement must demonstrate that you are able to provide all the required programs and features listed in the Draft SOR.
