This is an out-of-scope modification to an existing Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity contract. The modification will add software engineering and technical support services for the Modeling and Simulation of Electromagnetic Warfare Effects Rehearsal for Kill-chain Analysis and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures Validation software system. It will also execute a contract ceiling increase for the VX-9 Strike Warfare Team. The increased ceiling supports continued analytical, engineering, and technical support to keep pace with Agile directive mandates.
