Submittal will not be returned to the sender. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. NAVSUP FLCSD will utilize the information for technical and acquisition planning only. Scope: The Defense Analysis Department, within the Graduate School of Information Sciences, at the Naval Postgraduate School, has a requirement for support services to deliver two sections of residence course DA2010, Technical Writing and English Composition, in the academic year 2023, summer quarter, July 3rd through September 22nd, 2023. This course provides a review of the rhetorical and grammatical principles necessary for successful academic writing. Course content emphasizes standard English grammar and syntax, as well as mastery of two rhetorical modes: comparison and contrast; and persuasion. Emphasis is also placed on the correct use of both parenthetical and traditional footnote notation and documentation for traditional and electronic sources.
