The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) San Diego is currently soliciting offers to provide a non-personal services contract to provide Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) to Government Owned Galley Equipment located at Naval Base San Diego (NBSD), Naval Base Point Loma Harbor Drive Annex(NBPL-HDA), Naval Base Point Loma (SUBASE), Naval Base Coronado (NAB), Naval Air Station North Island (NASNI) and Naval Air Facility (NAF) El Centro. The government intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price and Time and Materials hybrid contract. This requirement will be solicited as a Full and Open competition. Period of performance will be a base one year, plus four- one year options. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at www.sam.gov. This office will not issue hard-copy solicitations. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 811310. All questions and bids must be submitted via email to melissa.e.ferri.civ@us.navy.mil. Questions received via phone will not be acknowledged. Electronic copies of all volumes will be required to be received by the Contracting Office provided in the RFP by the closing date and time specified in order to be considered for award. GENERAL INFORMATION: 1. This is a follow on contract to N00244-20-P-0278 which was competitively awarded to Smart Care Solutions in the cumulative amount of $842,019. The award included a one-year base period and (2) additional one-year option periods. This contract will end 30 September 2023. 2. San Diego Wage Determination #2015-5635 REV 21 as published 26 December 2022 applies.

This is a non-personal services contract to provide Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) to Government Owned Galley Equipment located at Naval Base San Diego (NBSD), Naval Base Point Loma Harbor Drive Annex(NBPL-HDA), Naval Base Point Loma (SUBASE), Naval Base Coronado (NAB), Naval Air Station North Island (NASNI) and Naval Air Facility (NAF) El Centro. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The contractor shall provide qualified personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) to Government Owned Galley Equipment as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The contractor shall provide PM and CM to Government Owned Galley Equipment located at Naval Base San Diego (NBSD), Naval Base Point Loma Harbor Drive Annex (NBPL-HDA), Naval Base Point Loma (SUBASE), Naval Base Coronado (NAB), Naval Air Station North Island (NASNI) and Naval Air Facility (NAF) El Centro as listed in Attachments 1 through 6 to ensure equipment are in good working order when needed.
