This is a pre-solicitation notice for NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) San Diego. This acquisition is for work/ station boots and struximity boots in support of Commander, Navy Region Southwest (CNRSW) Fire & Emergency Services (F&ES). The solicitation will result in a single IDIQ contract award. Work shall include: providing 150 pairs of work/ station boots and 40 pairs of struximity boots. The procurement is set-aside for Small Businesses only. The NAICS code for this procurement is 316210 (Footwear Manufacturing) with a size standard of $1,000 employees, The due date for receipt of proposals will be stated in the solicitation. There will be an electronic submission with which the solicitation will explain in further detail. The solicitation will be available for download through SAM.gov. The solicitation will be posted on or about 13 September 2023 and should be downloaded from this website at that time. All questions and bids must be submitted via email to janet.nunez@navy.mil. Questions received via phone will not be acknowledged. Electronic copies of all volumes will be required to be received by the Contracting Office provided in the RFP by the closing date and time specified in order to be considered for award.
