Contractor must complete all Representations and Certifications found in the provisions listed below within their profile in the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov to be considered for this solicitation. Requirements ************************************************************************** The Contractor shall perform maintenance and certification for government owned HURST Rescue Tools, in accordance with inspection and testing set forth by the manufacturers and certification requirements of the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) and the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 1932, AFOSH, OSHA standards and testing procedures. Moreover, the Contractor shall provide only HURST-manufacturer certified technicians, appropriate equipment, supplies, tools, materials, supervision, and any other items, including non-personal services as necessary to perform this PM/CM maintenance services (no repair), in accordance with the SOW & Region Master Inventory Lists in Excel spreadsheet.
