Naval Consolidated Brig Miramar (NCBM) requires Polygraph Support Services for the performance of Polygraph Examinations to prisoners who are in the NCBM Sex Offender Treatment Program (SOTP). Data collected from these examinations shall not be used in any study or reporting of trend data outside of NCBM SOTP. Required/generated reports are the sole property of the respective prisoner’s clinical services record. All reports will be provided via encrypted email and will utilize no personally identifiable information (PII). Rather than PII, a group number will be generated for each treatment participant to protect confidentiality.
