THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT, and not a Request for Quote Requirement for research consulting services for performing expert research consulting services for performing research on human performance, with emphasis on fatigue and habitability factors. 2.0 Scope: The Computer Science Department, at the Naval Postgraduate School NPS, has a requirement for support services to deliver one section of CS3600 Introduction to Cybersecurity as a Distributed Learning DL course in the academic year 2023, Quarter 4, from 5 Jul - 15 Sep 2023. Description: This course provides a comprehensive overview of cybersecurity terminology, concepts, software, hardware, and policies. It covers information threats, vulnerabilities, risks and safeguards and shows how these safeguards establish the confidentiality, integrity, authenticity, availability and non-repudiation of information. It addresses the protection of information using a combination of software and hardware mechanisms, while it is being processed and stored on computing platforms and transmitted across networks. Contractor support is required to facilitate the learning objectives to the students enrolled in the course. The contractor shall monitor student’s performance throughout the academic quarter and establish a graduate level understanding of the subject matter. The contractor will be provided with any existing and available course materials, lesson plans, sample syllabus, and lecture notes from previous deliveries of the course as Government Furnished Information GFI. Contractor will be given access to Government provided course management websites and content. Contactor must be prepared and ready to teach the course on 05 July 2023.
