The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) San Diego is currently soliciting offers to provide requires various industry standard electronic technical publications to teach principles of automotive mechanics. These electronic publications will be downloaded onto 350 portable electronic devices which will be issued to "A" School students during their training. Lifetime copies are required in order to download and maintain permanently on schoolhouse-issued electronic devices. The government intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract. This requirement will be solicited as Other than Full and Open. Potential offerers are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at www.sam.gov. This office will not issue hard-copy solicitations. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 424920. All questions and bids must be submitted via email to Jheanna.u.poblete.civ@us.navy.mil. Questions received via phone will not be acknowledged. Electronic copies of all volumes will be required to be received by the Contracting Office provided in the RFP by the closing date and time specified in order to be considered for award.
