The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 4 April 2023 10:00 AM Pacific Standard Time. The vendor shall have the certification/ specialization level required by Snap-On to support both the product sale and product pricing, in accordance with applicable Snap-On certification/ specialization requirements. Unless otherwise specified, vendor shall warrant that the products are new and original in box/ download. The vendor confirms to have sourced all Snap-On products submitted in this offer from Snap-On authorized channels only, in accordance with all applicable laws and current Snap-On. applicable policies at the time of purchase. The Government intends to verify that the Offeror is a Snap-On authorized partner. Offers submitted from other than Snap-On authorized partners will not be considered.
