Add a mandatory requirement to the SOW and this solicitation that the vendor must provide NAVFAC Pier Power Connect-Disconnect is mandatory (Mandatory to connect any equipment to shore power). This is a mandatory requirement for the 18-month deployment in order to connect any equipment ashore. Please address the list of requirement listed in ADDENDUM to FAR 52.212-2 EVALUATION--COMMERCIAL ITEMS. 2. Change the closing date of this requirement to Monday 19 December 2022 at 1200 Pacific Standard Time (PST).
