This is a pre-solicitation notice for NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) San Diego. This acquisition is for experienced contractor services to provide technical and functional support to Naval Aviation Warfighting Development Center (NAWDC), during each phase within the Resolute Hunter (RH) exercise. This will include planning, preparation, and execution. Support required includes: identification of available training systems capabilities and inventory, analysis of system capabilities best suited to meet training requirements and desired learning objectives (DLO), injection of system capabilities and limitations in conjunction with scenario development, preparation and employment of exercise systems during execution, exercise White Cell participation, training and consultation for participants, and exercise data collection and analysis during RH training events in order to facilitate the integration of BM/C2/ISR into naval, joint, and coalition tactical operations. The procurement is set-aside for Small Businesses only. The NAICS code for this procurement is 611519 (Other Technical and Trade Schools) with a size standard of $16.5 million. The due date for receipt of proposals will be stated in the solicitation. There will be an electronic submission with which the solicitation will explain in further detail. The solicitation will be available for download through SAM.gov. The solicitation will be posted on or about September 9, 2022 and should be downloaded from this website at that time. All questions and bids must be submitted via email to nelson.arias@navy.mil. Questions received via phone will not be acknowledged. Electronic copies of all volumes will be required to be received by the Contracting Office provided in the RFP by the closing date and time specified in order to be considered for award.
