The Helicopter Sea Combat Wing Pacific requires 3,300 anti-vibration seat cushions for H-60 helicopters. The anti-vibration seat cushions have to be in compliance with NAVAIR Instructions 00-80T-123 Section 13.11(3)(b). The NAVAIR Instruction lists Oregon Aero Softseats as the only approved seat cushion for use in the H-60. A Fixed Priced contract is anticipated. If interested, please submit a capabilities statement, while also identifying business size and socioeconomic status, to russell.a.mccullough.civ@us.navy.mil by the closing date of this notice. The capabilities statement should also identify, by contract number, past or current contracts and/or subcontracts that were awarded to your firm, period of performance, contract type, and contract amount, a description of the relevance to this requirement and a point of contact for the customer/recipient of the work performed.
