This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation number is N00244-22-R-0067. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through latest Federal Acquisition Circular and DFARS change notices. This solicitation is issued as full and open competition. NAICS Code 813110 Religious Organizations is applicable and business size is $8 Million. The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on date posted within www.sam.gov. Contractor must complete all Representations and Certifications found in the provisions listed below within their profile in the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov to be considered for this solicitation. Requirements ************************************************************************** The purpose of this order is to provide the contractor personnel necessary to complete the mission and objectives of the Commander, Navy Region Southwest/NASL Roman Catholic programs. The contractor for the subject position will coordinate and celebrate Sunday Mass and Holy Days of Obligation, baptisms, confirmations, weddings on call for Roman Catholic internments and Funerals. Services are to take place at Naval Air Station Lemoore, California. In addition, to a base year, there will be three options years for above services. Refer to performance work statement for full detail. Qty. 12 Months Period of Performance: FY21 Base Year: 1 Oct 2022 – 30 Sep 2023 FY22 Option Year 1: 1 Oct 2023 – 30 Sep 2024 FY23 Option Year 2: 1 Oct 2024 – 30 Sep 2025 FY24 Option Year 3: 1 Oct 2025 – 30 Sep 2026 Delivery: FOB Destination.
