This Performance Work Statement (PWS) defines the outcomes to be accomplished by a contracted vendor who will provide Small Arms Range facilities specifically designed to train EOD operators and support personnel assigned to Explosive Ordnance Disposal Group One Forces (EODGRUONE). The range facilities shall be made accessible for designated Range Safety Officers for the opportunity to qualify/certify all EOD and support personnel small arms qualifications in accordance with OPNAVINST 3591.1 (series) and COMNECCINST 3591.1 (series). The contracted range shall be able to support 25 students per day, 92 days period per year.
