This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation number is N00244-22-Q-0176. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through latest Federal Acquisition Circular and DFARS change notices. This solicitation is issued as full and open competition. NAICS Code 811310 Maint/Repair/Rebuild Of Equipment – Service And Trade Equipment is applicable and business size is $7.5 Million Dollars. The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 24 August 2022 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. Contractor must complete all Representations and Certifications found in the provisions listed below within their profile in the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov to be considered for this solicitation. Fleet Logistics Center San Diego, Site Ventura County is located on Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC) in Port Hueneme and Point Mugu, California. Fleet Logistics Center San Diego, Site Ventura County operates supply chain logistics distribution centers at both sites for the receipt, storage, issue, maintenance, and disposal of assigned materials, equipment, and shipping containers. The purpose of this effort is to provide yearly preventive maintenance and repair of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and other assets used to sustain movement and storage of material and equipment for various functional customers aboard NBVC. The majority of the work will be completed at NVBC Port Hueneme and Point Mugu; however, occasional major repairs at may be performed at a facility equipped to accomplish required repairs. A government Point Of Contact (POC) will be assigned and utilized by the contractor to coordinate and initiate all work performed on government equipment aboard NBVC. In addition, to a base year, there will be four options years for above services. Refer to Combined Solicitation Synopsis and statement of work for full detail.
