This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR parts 12 and 13.5. This requirement is for Roman Catholic Priest Services in support of Commander, Navy Region Southwest, located at Naval Base Coronado, CA. This announcement constitutes a combined synopsis and solicitation. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation is posted on Navy E-commerce Online (NECO) at http://www.neco.navy.mil and SAM at https://sam.gov/. The RFQ/ number is N0024422Q0173. This requirement is posted using full and open competition. PSC: G002 NAICS: 813110 The Government anticipates awarding a single, firm-fixed price (FFP) Purchase Order resulting from this solicitation Quotations shall be submitted via email to heather.m.proctor4.civ@us.navy.mil NLT than the closing date and time on the NECO/SAM posting. DESCRIPTION: See the attached Solicitation - PWS INSTRUCTIONS: See the attached Solicitation - Addendum to 52.212-1 SAM: Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Information in SAM should be current. Information on registering in SAM may be obtained from www.sam.gov or calling 866-606-8220. ECCLESIASTICAL ENDORSEMENT: All offerors must be granted Faculties by the Archdiocese for the Military Services, USA, to include delegation for the administration of Catholic Rites/Services to military service members and authorized users.
