Section 4.1.9 Two VWT Coach Instructors was removed from the SOW. Instructions to offerors under Volume Factor 1 Technical section I Provide 2 VWT coach instructors was removed to match the SOW. These are the only changes, there is no change in the due date. This is a small business set aside. Explosive Ordnance Disposal Group, has a requirement for the rental of a vertical wind tunnel facility. This requirement consists of one base year and two option years. Please read through the combined synopsis/solicitation thoroughly and all attachments. This will be a best value trade off requirement, and not lowest priced technically acceptable requirement.
