The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) San Diego is currently soliciting offers for Argon Mini Bulk Tank Rental and Argon Supply Delivery Services in Seal Beach, CA. The government intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract. This requirement will be solicited as a 100 percent Small Business Set Aside. The resulting contract will be for a (1) One-Base Year and (4) Option Years period. Please attachments: Statement of Work, Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, and Amendment to Solicitation.

The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to determine the availability and capbility of qualified businesses to provide the following: The government requires contractor support to supply Argon and to rent out a 1500L Mini-bulk tank. The Tank will be filled and refilled when the tank gets to a differential level of 10. The delivered Argon must have a Certificate of Analysis that must meet MIL-PRF-27415C Grade A or the delivery will be denied until MIL SPEC is met. The Argon Mini Bulk tank must not be depleted of Mini bulk tank supplied Argon at any time as to cause the High pressure Argon system to deflate and potentially cause the system to become contaminated.
