The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to locate and identify qualified sources, and determine if competition in the marketplace exists. Interested firms are invited to respond to this sources sought announcement by demonstrating Technical Capabilities (not to exceed ten (10) pages not inclusive of the cover page) that summarizes the capability to provide the supplies being requested. This is NOT a request for proposal (RFP), invitation for bid (IFB), or an announcement of a solicitation as no solicitation package exists at this time. The request is for informal purposes only. No cost data should be submitted. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice or any follow-up information requests. Submittal will not be returned to the sender. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. NAVSUP FLCSD will utilize the information for technical and acquisition planning only. Tasks 1.1 Develop a VM environment for Traffic Analysis based on the requirements set by NPS. This VM needs to be made available to students at the time the class is offered. 1.2 Develop a VM environment for Reverse Engineering NATO course based on the requirements set by NPS. This VM needs to be made available to students at the time the class is offered. 1.3 Develop a VM environment as well as laboratory exercises for Mobile Applications course based on the requirements set by NPS and make it available to students at the time the class is offered. 1.4 Deploy instructional and student guides for Network vulnerability, Big Data Analytics, CSIRR, Traffic Analysis, Reverse Engineering, and Mobile Apps courses taught for the NATO school. 1.5 Export all VMs associated with the exercise in OVA format, to allow the government to instantiate the lab environment on different virtualization platform, if necessary, to support the associated classes 1.6 Option Tasks: Make the VM environments available for students taking the Traffic Analysis, Reverse Engineering, and Mobile Apps courses. This will include any update or revisions of the course material that will be needed following student or faculty feedback. Deliverables: 1.1 An environment and set of exercise material tailored to the course outline based on feedback and review of NPS faculty ready for deployment to NATO school students during scheduled classes. 1.2 Instructional and student guides for Network vulnerability, Big Data Analytics, CSIRR, Traffic Analysis, Reverse Engineering, and Mobile Apps courses taught for the NATO school. 1.3 Export of VMs associated with all NATO courses developed by the contractor in OVA format for archiving purposes. 1.4 Delivery of: 1.4.1 A virtual machine for each student in the class, plus one for each course instructor for demonstration purposes, 1.4.2 Delivery of a web-based user interface to allow each of the students to access their copy of the environment, and 1.4.3 Delivery of a web-based user interface to allow the instructor to access every copy of the environment associated with the class.
