The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 19 May 2021 9:00 AM Pacific Standard Time. Contractor must complete all Representations and Certifications found in the provisions listed below within their profile in the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov to be considered for this solicitation. Requirement Navy Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC) require (6) small truck mount style cranes to be configured as mobile crane trainers. This will include the installation of a Load Moment Indicator system, fabrication and assembly of a portable base assembly, and disabling of the trainer’s ability to lift items other than mounted equipment.
