Requirements ************************************************************************** Naval Construction Group One (NCG-1) of Port Hueneme, CA require a contractor to provide yearly preventive maintenance and repair of Material Handling Equipment (MHE). The majority of the work will be completed at NVBC Port Hueneme; however, occasional major repairs at may be performed at a facility equipped to accomplish required repairs.
