Refurbishment of AV-8 Engine Low pressure Compressor 1st, 2nd, and 3rd blades utilizing a process approved and authorized by Rolls Royce and NAVAIRSYSCOM. The remanufacturing and coating process is proprietary to PAS Technologies, Inc. The Government intends to negotiate and award to PAS Technologies a Requirements type IDTC, FFP contract. Delivery orders will be issued against the basic and issued by the Cherry Point Satellite Contracting Office, MCAS, Cherry Point, NC 28533. FLCSD will retain post award administration of the basic contract. The requirement will solicited under FAR 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items and FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items. The contract will be awarded with a base year and four one year option periods. The anticipated award date of the contract is March 8, 2021.
