This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation number is N00244-20-R-0059. The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 17 August 2020 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. Contractor must complete all Representations and Certifications found in the provisions listed below within their profile in the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov to be considered for this solicitation. Requirements ************************************************************************** Naval Air Station (NAS) Fallon require the services of one musician pianist/ accompanist, as described in the performance work statement (PWS) to support Chaplain Services during protestant worship. In addition, to a base year, there will be four options years for above services. Refer to statement of work for full detail. Qty. 12 Months Period of Performance: FY21 Base Year: 1 Oct 2020 – 30 Sep 2021 FY22 Option Year 1: 1 Oct 2021 – 30 Sep 2022 FY23 Option Year 2: 1 Oct 2022 – 30 Sep 2023 FY24 Option Year 3: 1 Oct 2023 – 30 Sep 2024 FY25 Option Year 4: 1 Oct 2024 – 30 Sep 2025 Delivery: FOB Destination.
