This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. The FLC - San Diego requires the following items, Purchase Description Determined by Line Item, to the following: LI 001: Naval Construction Training Center (NCTC) on Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC) Port Hueneme, CA require noise abatement installation, which will entail a contractor to install noise abatement duct wrap and acoustic baffles inside building 1450. The noise abatement materials (duct wrap and baffles are to be provided by the Government). The contractor will provide their own personnel, tools, ladders and/or man lifts, and material to hang poly baffles, such as small chain or wire. The installation will include wrapping of ventilation feeder ducts, main ventilation trunk line, and hanging acoustic baffles.
