The purpose of this amendment 01 is to: Add revisions to the SOW in Section C of this RFQ. Add Questions and Answers in Section J of this RFQ. Revise Instructions to Offerors in Section L of this RFQ. Revise Evaluation Criteria in Section M of this RFQ. Extend RFQ response date from 5:00 P.M. EST April 29, 2020 to 5:00 P.M. EST May 4, 2020. Extend RFQ question deadline date from 12:00 P.M. EST April 27, 2020 to 12:00 P.M. EST April 29, 2020. All other terms and conditions remian unchanged. COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. is N00244-20-Q-0101 2. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition circular FAC 2020-04, Effective 15 Jan 2020 and DFARS Publication Notice 20200114 effective 14 Jan 2020. 3. Total Small Business Set-Aside is applicable to this acquisition. The associated NAICS is 611430; the size standard is $12.0 M. 4. See Section B – Supplies or Services in the attached Request for Quotations No. N00244-20-Q-0101 for applicable contract line items (CLINS), description of requirement, quantities, and units of measures. 5.
