This sources sought serves as a Request for Information (RFI) issued for the purpose of market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. This notice is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government reimburse any costs associated with the submission of information in response to this notice. Any information submitted by respondents to this sources sought notices is strictly voluntary. Responses to this notice are NOT considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. No solicitation exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation. The decision to solicit for a contract shall be solely within the Governments discretion. Respondents will not be notified individually of the results of any Government assessments. The Government may use the information obtained from responses to this notice in determining its acquisition approach, but the issuance of this notice does not restrict the Governments acquisition approach. The U.S. Government reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any input as a result of this notice. Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD) Contracts Department is seeking information from all interested contractors capable of providing the POLYGRAPH AND PLETHYSMOGRAPH SERVICES detailed in the attached Draft PWS. Work will be performed at Naval Consolidated Brig Miramar. The applicable NAICS code is 561611 Investigation Services. PSC is B537. Interested contractors are encouraged to submit a capability statement (not to exceed five pages) that demonstrates their capability to perform the services described in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and at a minimum include the following information: Company Name Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code and Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) Address Business size Point of Contract information Company technical capabilities The capabilities statement should describe the type of work performed in support of the same or similar requirements and highlight specific technical skills which demonstrate capability to perform the requirements. Identify past or current contracts that were awarded to your firm by contract number. Include the period of performance, contract type, contract amount, a description of the relevant corporate experience gained, and a point of contact for the customer/recipient of the work performed. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. The Government does not commit to providing a response to any comments or questions. No basis for a claim against the Government shall arise as a result of this announcement. Responses are due no later than 21 May 2019 at 5:00pm (P.S.T.).
